Description: An erect, slender legume uncommon in dry open woods of central Oklahoma and Texas eastward. Stipules are slender or narrowly ovate. Fruit is covered with Velcro-like hair that will stick to clothing and animal hair. Probably a preferred browse of white-tailed deer and is eaten by livestock.
